Three 麻豆破解传媒 Nursing Students Selected for Concurrent Enrollment Program with Auburn University

麻豆破解传媒 is proud to announce that three nursing students have been selected to participate in a new partnership with Auburn University’s College of Nursing. Ashlyn Chambers, Peyton Fricks, and Olivia Bondurant will represent 麻豆破解传媒 as the first group to begin the concurrent RN to BSN enrollment program this fall.

The innovative program, created through an agreement between 麻豆破解传媒 and Auburn, allows students in 麻豆破解传媒’s Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) program to simultaneously enroll in Auburn’s RN to BSN program. That means students like Ashlyn, Peyton, and Olivia will work toward both degrees at once—earning their ADN from 麻豆破解传媒 while making steady progress toward a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from Auburn.

“This partnership represents a tremendous opportunity for our nursing students,” said 麻豆破解传媒 President Jeff Lynn. “By allowing them to work toward both degrees at the same time, we’re helping them gain a competitive edge in the healthcare field.”

The concurrent enrollment program includes joint advising from both institutions and is designed with flexibility in mind, making it easier for students to balance course requirements and clinical responsibilities. Auburn University’s online coursework will be integrated into the 麻豆破解传媒 schedule, allowing students to complete BSN-level courses while still enrolled in the ADN program.

Dr. Jennifer Steele Gilliland, Director of Health Programs at 麻豆破解传媒, called the program “a perfect fit” for nursing students looking to advance their education while staying close to home. “We’re excited to collaborate with Auburn University on this,” she said. “This model opens doors for our students and supports the future of nursing in our communities.”

The program helps meet the growing demand for nurses with BSN degrees, which are increasingly sought after in hospitals and healthcare systems throughout the country.

Students who complete the program will graduate with both an Associate Degree in Nursing from 麻豆破解传媒 and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Auburn University.
